Bohohub.ro offers you the following delivery methods:

Romania

• Standard Delivery - Express Courier, Delivery in 3-5 days, 25,00 RON - for orders under 250 RON
• Standard Delivery - Express Courier, Delivery in 3-5 days, Free - for orders with a value of more than 250 RON

International:

• Express Courier, Delivery in 3-5 days, from 50,00 RON, depending on order/package size.

Return Policy:

1. You can return a pruchased item or order and be refunded for it for 14 days after receiving it.

2. Send us an e-mail to contact@bohohub.ro , specifying:

• contact details: name, phone number and email;
• order number/invoice number;
• an IBAN account, so that we can refund your money
  

2. The parcel (including any gifts) will be returned with the following documents: invoice and/or receipt. The products will be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

3. The parcel arrives to us and is checked. The products will be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging (the packaging of the product must be protected during the entire transport from the customer to the delivery in our warehouse). The consumer has the obligation to return all parts of the returned product, otherwise Bohohub Hobbyshop SRL will NOT refund the value of the product in question.

5. The deadline for returning the value of the returned products is 14 days from receipt of the package by Bohohub Hobbyshop SRL under the O.U.G. 34/2014.
